The new Marriott International headquarters will be located at 7750 Wisconsin Avenue and will encompass the area between Wisconsin and Woodmont avenues from Norfolk Avenue on the north to 7700 Wisconsin Avenue on the south. Previous landmarks on the site included the Blackwell Building, the Bethesda Court Hotel, and the Conner Building. The site is near more than 200 restaurants and over 500 retail shops and services that will support both Marriott corporate operations and its associates.

Marriott will have exclusive business-hours (7 a.m. – 6 p.m. ET) use of county Garage 11, located behind the site at 7730 Woodmont Avenue, for its associate and visitors; however, Garage 11 will remain open for public use after normal business hours, during the evenings, throughout weekends, and on select federal holidays.
