From Knife Skills to Life Skills

For years, Marriott International has supported DC Central Kitchen and its Culinary Job Training program, which trains adults facing high barriers to employment in culinary arts and work readiness skills. Meet Trenisha, a graduate of the program who was recently interviewed by the DC Patch. Since the interview, Trenisha has secured a new managerial position at a local restaurant.
