Marriott International Publishes Latest Serve 360 Report

Marriott International has released its 2020 Serve 360 Report: Sustainability and Social Impact at Marriott International. The latest edition of this Report shares 2019 progress on the company’s 2025 Sustainability and Social Impact Goals, as well as broader environmental, social, and governance (ESG) updates.
Each year, Marriott associates, hotels, and Business Councils volunteered their time and skills-based talents with their local communities for Spirit To Serve Our Communities® Day. During the 2019 Spirit To Serve Our Communities® Day, Marriott Headquarters’ associates contributed nearly 10,000 hours at 65 project sites across Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia (a nearly 20% increase from 2018).
The report also includes a letter from Marriott President & CEO Arne Sorenson addressing some of the many ways hotels and associates have responded to the events and challenges of 2020.
